Nice secure building, 24 hour concierge service, spacious and well-appointed room, nicely decorated, very clean, everything worked.
Areas for improvement:
I found the location a bit farther from the Tube than I would have liked. The nearest Tube stations are 11 mins walk away. Quite well served by 4-5 buses within 3- 6 min walk.

Extremely well appointed room; it had everything we needed and felt very spacious for three adults. Location was great, and staff was helpful. Very good value for money, would definitely stay again
Areas for improvement:
We stayed 8 nights, and the apartment was cleaned twice, and towels changed twice. I think a good service at least every 3 days would have been more pleasant.

The building was spotless; the front desk was staffed by very friendly hotel reps; the property itself if close to so many transportation hubs and dining establishments.

They only came once to clean - it was on the street side so a bit loud Extra bed (cot) was too soft and caved in
